3. Payments & Quotes
All service pricing is provided in advance and agreed upon via written communication (email or contract). Project development may begin upon partial or full payment, as mutually agreed. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, and game assets created during development remain the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services to develop or promote illegal, hateful, violent, or scam-related content. We reserve the right to refuse service for any project that violates our ethical or legal standards.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is.” While we strive to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices, or freedom from bugs. Post-launch support is offered as per project terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
